In our music camps beginners will learn basic music theory elements to get a great head start into any music program in their future. More advanced students will have their music theory knowledge reinforced & developed further. We incorporate music theory into a variety of learning activities & games including our own variations of popular TV game shows & video games! It's easier to remember what you learn when you are having fun! All music camp students will have opportunities for learning by ear, composing, playing the piano & ensemble playing.
Who may participate: Students aged 5 - 12ish with any level of music experience.
Camp location: 27 Spruce Crescent, St Albert, Alberta
All music & required materials for the camps are included at no extra cost.
Please bring a peanut free lunch & 2 snacks.
Each student will also receive Music Camps souvenirs, have their pictures & videos of daily events posted in our online photo gallery, a computer printed copy of any compositions they create, prizes, and a group photo of the students in their camp.
